General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are only available in limited circumstances. Once we begin processing your order, we incur costs on your behalf, including government filing fees and administrative expenses. Therefore, not all purchases are eligible for refunds.

Refund requests must be made within 2 days from the date of purchase. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

Service Not Started – If we have not yet begun processing your order, you may request a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

Service Delays (Caused by Us) – If there is a significant delay in service completion due to an error on our end, we may issue a partial or full refund.

Rejections Due to Our Errors – If a filing is rejected due to a mistake made by US Startup Filing INC, we will either correct the issue at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • If the government agency has already received and processed your filing.
  • If the delay is caused by state agencies, IRS processing times, or factors beyond our control.
  • If incorrect information was provided by the customer, leading to rejection or additional fees.
  • If the refund request is made after 2 days from the order date.
  • If registered agent service provider discontinued their services.

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Submit a Request – Email support@usstartupfiling.com with your order details.
Review & Verification – Our team will review your request and verify eligibility.
Processing Time – Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

Note: Payment processing fees a (typically 10%) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • If you need to cancel an order before processing starts, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • If your order is already in progress, a partial refund may be granted, depending on the stage of processing.
  • Changes to an order may incur additional fees, depending on the nature of the modification.

Government & Third-Party Fees

  • State Filing Fees & IRS Fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to government agencies.
  • If a government agency rejects a filing, we will work with you to correct and resubmit it, but refunds will not be issued for government fees.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and may restrict future services. We encourage customers to reach out to us first so we can resolve any issues efficiently.

US Startup Filing INC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
